Sometimes what you see online doesn't look the same IRL - We get that, so we give you 14 days to let us know if you've changed your mind.
The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with their tags still attached. Due to hygiene reasons earrings, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
If you want to return your item then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 14 days to start your return. All responsibility including shipping costs for returns are the customers, we're only a small company and we can't yet afford to pay for your return postage.
How do I return an item?
1. Include the original packing slip in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
2. Email us at email@example.com to get the return address. Choose the courier you would like to ship the parcel with. Please note: all return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have original tags.
3. Drop off your package with the courier of your choice and email us the tracking code if you have got one.
Refunds may only be issued to the method used to make the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
We can't offer you an exchange for any vintage items as they are each one-of-a-kind.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
